These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with 4 Pawz Petz. By booking with us, you agree to them.
Prices
- All prices are in South African rand (R).
- Grooming prices depend on the service and your pet's size. Extra large dogs are priced in a range because coats vary, and we'll confirm the final price with you.
- A travel cost is added for your area: R55 for Hillcrest, Kloof and Waterfall, R65 for Monteseel and Drummond, and R75 for Westville. For other areas, we'll quote before booking.
- The price calculator and tick and flea finder on this website give estimates. The price we confirm when you book is the one that applies.
- We may change our prices. Changes don't affect bookings we've already confirmed.
Grooming at your home
- We're not a mobile van. We groom in your home, so we need access to water and a place to bath your pet: your bath, shower or an outside area, whichever you prefer.
- Your dog needs to be washed and brushed before a full body cut or shave. You can book a bath and deshedding brush with us, or have it done beforehand.
- Please tell us about any health issues, allergies, sore spots or behaviour we should know about before we start.
- If your pet becomes too stressed to continue safely, we may pause or stop the groom and talk to you about next steps.
Tick and flea treatments
The size finder on this website matches products to your pet's weight as a guide only. It isn't veterinary advice. Always follow the product instructions, and check with your vet if your pet is young, pregnant, unwell or on other medication.
Pet sitting, house sitting and dog walks
Please give us your pets' feeding and care instructions, your vet's details and an emergency contact before we start. We'll agree the dates, visits and rates with you when you book.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you book. Product names such as NexGard, Bravecto and Frontline belong to their owners.
